MGN Liner’s Tissue Culture Stages

What makes our liners thrive? Advanced tissue culture propagation. Our 4-stage tissue culture system helps ensure plant uniformity, vigor, and faster rooting compared to traditional methods.

Stage #1 – Initiation

A small piece of meristematic tissue is carefully removed, disinfected, and placed in a sterile growing medium inside the lab.

Stage #2 – Multiplication

Healthy, contaminant-free tissue is multiplied in a growth-promoting medium, increasing the number of viable plantlets.

Stage #3 – Rooting

Plantlets are placed in a hormone-rich medium to encourage strong root development—ideal for efficient production planning.

Stage #4 – Acclimation

Plants are hardened in a greenhouse over 4–5 weeks until they’re just like any other liner and ready to grow.
