The serrated leaves are a nice deep glossy green, the stems make a statement as well with a nice deep burgundy color. Come spring till fall the flowers are the real showstopper though, who can resist hot lipstick pink? We can’t!! ‘Wendy’s Wish has a compact open growth habit and like most Salvias is drought tolerant once established. For best results plant in a well-drained soil in full sun, Salvia ‘Wendy’s Wish’ can reach 3-4′ tall with a 3′ spread at maturity.
